Delivery times

To keep delivery times as short as possible for you, your goods are usually delivered the day after you place your order, provided we receive it by 1 p.m. the day before. We usually deliver our parcels to you from Tuesday to Friday. This means that if you would like to have your order by the weekend (Friday), your order should be with us by 1 p.m. on Thursday, then the parcel will leave our warehouse on Thursday. To ensure that our products arrive as fresh as possible, we do not ship on Friday. You are also welcome to specify a preferred delivery day in the comments field of your order;

Delivery to the customer:

• Delivery days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Delivery time window Germany: 08 a.m. - 5 p.m
• Minimum order value: 6 x Cook in the Boxx 

There is no delivery on holidays, Fridays and weekends. Your order will then be dispatched at the next possible time.

Special delivery conditions

The delivery will only take place after full payment of the order  
Please note:

• That the customer is responsible for the successful delivery of the ordered goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for refrigerated and perishable foods if delivery is unsuccessful for reasons beyond our control. A return or refund is excluded in such cases, as the quality and freshness of the products can no longer be guaranteed.
• For reasons of freshness and product safety, perishable food with a short best-before date can unfortunately not be taken back. We ask for your understanding that it is not possible to return these items in order to guarantee the quality and safety of our products. In the event of justified complaints, please contact us via info@cookintheboxx.de to get in touch with us. Together we will find a suitable solution to resolve your issue.

Packaging 

To ensure that our products reach you fresh, we send all parcels in our specially designed refrigerated packaging. This ensures that the products are delivered at a maximum temperature of 5° C. Our sustainable packaging has excellent insulation & shock absorption, it is sustainable and fully compostable. It can be disposed of in the organic waste garbage can or in the garden. Ice pads ensure the right cooling temperature for fresh produce.

Your orders are shipped with UPS

• We currently only ship in Germany with UPS

Shipping kosts

We charge for shipping within Germany:

• 9.90 euros shipping costs with UPS Express

From 120 euros we deliver free of charge.

Pick up your order conveniently and flexibly at our location. Simply select "Collection" during the ordering process  
Collection day Wednesday to Saturday during our normal opening hours.

• Wednesday, Friday 12.00 noon to 7.00 p.m
• Thursday, from 12.00 noon to 9.00 p.m
• Saturday from 09.00 - 16.00 hrs
• Free cool bag for the way home
• No costs and processing fee o.a.
